Delivery by DHL

After a package has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace code. The order will be offered to you one time. If you are not at home, DHL can choose to offer the package to your neighbors. In that case you will receive a notification in your mailbox. If DHL does not deliver the package to the neighbors, the package will be delivered to a DHL collection point where the package can be collected for 7 days. Balmer Cosmetics cannot influence whether and to which neighbors your package is offered. If the order is not delivered or picked up, the package will be returned. We will then contact you by email.

 

Longer delivery time with manual transfer

Do you pay by manual transfer? Then it can take up to 3 to 5 working days before the payment is received by us. We ship the products when we have received the payment.

 

Shipping costs

For orders the shipping costs in the USA are $ 19.95 (shipped directly from our factory in Thailand). It is not possible to have a package sent to a PO Box.

 

Delivery times

We ship orders from Monday to Friday. Most of the time delivery will take 2-5 working days.
