The item can only be returned if its unused and the package is not opened. Within 14 days after receiving the order. Let us know immediately by email at [email protected]. You may have to pay the costs for returning your order yourself, depending on the products you ordered.

Return

You can return the order within 14 days after receiving it with our returnform or let us know by e-mail at [email protected]. You must be in possession of your proof of purchase. Please note that any return costs for returning your order must be paid yourself and depend on the weight of the order and the carrier.

Refund period

We strive to refund the purchase amount within 5 working days after receipt of the order. Please note that your account details must be known to us, otherwise the refund will take longer.
